Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in industries such as liquor, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, cosmetics, and FMCG.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote company products.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and MIS for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in Glass Manufacturing, Packaging, Containers, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
