Haldyn Glass Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop key customer relationships, and expand market presence in the glass packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably from the glass manufacturing sector, with proven experience in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in industries such as liquor, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, cosmetics, and FMCG.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote company products.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in Glass Manufacturing, Packaging, Containers, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
