Calendar Management:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

Department Coordination:
- Coordinate departmental activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental events and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (at least 5 years)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
